I've searched the web and also this forum but I can't seem to find an answer to this.
I have a website that was built with Joomla 2.5 and then updated to J3.x I'm now trying to update it to J4.x but having issues.
I have a PKG_JOOMLA extension that I can't uninstall. The Pre-update tells me I need to remove it before upgrading to J4, the documentation says to remove it, but I can't. It says on the Manage screen that it's protected and when I try to unistall anyway it gives me an error saying i'm trying to remove a core package.
Since the documentations says it needs to be removed I'm assuming it's not right that I can't do it, but I don't understand what's the problem. Current Joomla version is J3.10.12
