As you learnt from a question you asked before (viewtopic.php?f=833&t=1011092), the order of menu items is not managed by the menu items' titles. You could write your own component to re-order the menu items alphabetically by title but I would not want to try to do this. Most websites that I visit do not display menu items alphabetically by title. For example:

Blog
Services
Contact
About
I just don't believe there is another way to order items unless you do it by hand; that's the way that most people order their menu items.
