You could have asked the T4 developers (or at this point ask them saying your host couldn't solve it) ![???]( "Huh")
On the other hand, the T4 website doesn't state that T4 runs on Joomla 5...so that could be part of the issue. That is also strange if you can get T3 running on J5 (since T3 is for Joomla 3 and earlier).
[Edit] : Edenite II template was designed for T3 framework (that is for Joomla 3and earlier), not T4 so I'm not sure how you managed to get T3 running on Joomla 5 at all,
