General Questions/New to Joomla! 3.x • Trying To Find A File

Hello,

Thank you for assisting me with my problem.
I am having trouble finding a file in the Template Manager of Joomla 3.

file /modules/mod_hot_image_slider/tmpl/default.php

I have followed the tutorials and can see many other files but I am not seeing this one.
I am in the Templates: Customize page and I am not seeing the CSS file. I see the CSS Folder, the CSS-compiled folder and the Custom folder but I do not see the above forementioned file in any of those folders.
