I think GDPR suite by J!Extensions Store is not necessary in your case and might be an overkill since you don't have registered users, it makes things much easier. Still, since you have things like Google Analytics, Adsense, TradeDoubler, there are cookies. What I recommend you to do is to find a large online company/website in your country, going to their privacy policy and have a look there, what is needed for GDPR and how it looks like.
