Reviewing the images it seems that that database used is "upgrade" and the table prefix is "upg_" - NOT "jos_".
The correct way to reference a table name in an extension (ie in SQL), say in your case is '#__modules'. It looks like there is an extension that uses the hardcoded table prefix "jos_"; instead of using '#__modules' it uses 'jos_module'. Please find out which extension uses the hardcoded table prefix. You could use a text search of joomla files that contain the sting 'jos_'.
Once you find which file(s) it is, you could make the modification - change 'jos_' to '#__'.
NOTE:
Make a copy of the files before modifying them. Alternatively, you could attempt this in a test environment.
Your database 'upgrade' should have a table named 'upg_modules' already. Review the content of the table. This table would have more columns than you have mentioned.
