There's a PHP error, above indicating problems with an extension called "mod_pwebcontact". It seems to be this extension https://www.cmsportal.net/joomla-extens ... ntact-form. (link provided for information, this is not on the JED). The extension appears to be for Joomla 1.5 or 2.5 but not for Joomla 5. Please confirm if you think this may be an extension that should have been removed but has not been? If it was a problem I'm sure it would have come up as an issue in any earlier updates to subsequent Joomla releases.
When you turn debug off, are you getting a blank screen, instead of the site loading as expected? It may be caused by this extension for some reason.
