Edit the database table _extensions and locate the row of this plugin. Change the column 'enabled' from 1 to 0 and the error will disappear. Uninstall this extension, manually, if necessary.
If other Joomla 3 plugins remain in the system, similar error will be displayed.
The error comes from the third party extension AdminExile, which is not compatible with Joomla 5."0 Non-static method AdminExileHelper::testGMP() cannot be called statically"
